I love it when I get a phone call or email from a new couple and the first line they give me is, “you were recommended”. My heart begins to sing and swell with pride (sorry but I am an artist and my work is so very important to me).

When I was contacted by Jay, we hadn’t met before their engagement session; but knowing who the plans, I knew they were only going to be a totally awesome couple – and they didn’t disappoint.

We met in a parking lot so we could follow one another to our destination. Gloucestershire and The Cotswolds have so many places to take engagement photographs we had to get picky because the weather was cold, dreary and they had just driven a long way. We arrived at Newark Park where we could go for a walk on the bridle path. It was very quiet and we had the run of the paths, with no distractions.

Vaids looked stunning. With her textured outfit layered with jackets, hats and scarves, we were all ready to make some magic happen, I didn’t’ have to work for it. They made all kinds of magic happen next to the little stream. With whispers, laughter and cuddles it was instantly obvious just how in love this couple are.

Thanks for being so awesome. Seriously. A-W-E-S-O-M-E
