Eastington Park Wedding | Eastington Park Wedding Photographer

They say love can find you anywhere and at anytime. This is so true. Claire and James found love and what a beautiful wedding day they had to celebrate it. As you drive into the stunning grounds of Eastington Park make you instantly feel a sense of relaxation and excitement. The sweeping drive through the trees and walking up past the fountain into the most gorgeous front entrance was just the beginning of a perfect day.

Engagement Photography in the Bluebells

As a wedding photographer in Gloucestershire, the spring time is one of my favourite times of the year to photograph pre wedding sessions. The Cotswolds air is fresh, and the greenery is new and the flowers —  well they are everywhere!! Blue, white, pink all around the Cotswolds there is a new flower blossoming.

I was greatly honoured to be asked by Mel and Mark to photograph their wedding next year. They are a wonderful couple with great personality and their wedding is going to be fantastic.

With the sun hanging lazily in the sky we met in the Lowerwoods near Wickwar, Gloucestershire where the bluebells were on mass. It was a like a sea of blue just waiting for us to walk amongst them. We walked and talked about their upcoming wedding at The Great Tythe Barn and I heard about all they have in store for their special day.

A year is going to fly by and before I know it, I’ll be photographing their wedding. Happy planning Mark and Mel and thanks for a great session.

Hare & Hounds | Tetbury | Steph and George

It is funny how you can dream and plan your day to perfection but on the day you never know what the elements will throw at you. But the day went from dreary to perfection in every way. The rain threatened. An outdoor ceremony was planned. The phone calls went back and forth on whether to take the ceremony inside or keep it outside, and after sticking to their dream, Steph and George walked down the aisle, outside in the brilliant sunshine!
Steph and her girlfriends spent the morning preparing at her house with a few visitors popping over to say hi throughout the morning. The champagne was popped and the party was only just beginning.
The Hare and Hounds in Tetbury, just outside of Westonbirt was dressed in style, with every last detail down to Steph’s meticulous eye. From the fairy lights dancing from the ceiling amongst the vintage bunting, to the stunning naked caked designed by Katherine Edwards of Cherish Cakes. It all came together and had the W-O-W factor.
It was a pleasure being with you both on your wedding day and I wish you all the best in your future together.

Eastington Park | Outdoor Ceremony in August | Cotswold Wedding Photographer

When the sun is shining, what better place to say your vows then in the open, fresh air of Eastington Park, Gloucestershire. As a Cotswold wedding photographer, Eastington Park is one of my favourite venues to photograph outdoor ceremonies at. The long sweeping walk from the walled garden, down to your friends and family gives you plenty of time to soak up the moment of just what is happening on your wedding day.

Emma and Sam Adams | Wedding | A Story to Remember

I know lately it seems like the big yellow fire ball in the universe know as the sun has forsaken us, but this time last year we were melting from the shear heat of it. As Emma and Sam prepped for their wedding at Warner’s Court, in Charfield, South Gloucestershire, putting up the marquee and prepping the barns,  they continued to fill their friends with cold drinks and laughter in order to keep them working hard – very hard.

The Old Lodge Minchinhampton | Gloucestershire Wedding Photographer | Cotswolds

Love starts with two people. Paul met Katherine and within weeks he knew she was the one. The day was windy and the sun was trying to come out and sending rays of sunshine as the day progressed. I showed up at the Old Lodge on the commons near Minchinhampton in the morning to find Paul taking deep breaths as the reality of what was about to take place was starting to sink in (who said it’s only the bride who gets nervous!)
