October weddings are always fun. The air is fresh, the leaves are turning and the pumpkins are being carved in time for Halloween.
This beautiful wedding took place in the little town of Thornbury where you will find castles, coffee shops and tiny little lanes to explore.
I was lucky enough to be the wedding photographer for Zoe and Jason on this October day. The wedding ceremony took place in the beautiful church in Wickwar just a stones throw from the Cotswolds, where Zoe and her bridesmaids arrived looking absolutely stunning.
As Zoe glided down the aisle to Jason, the smile on his face (and Nan’s) said it all. This was a special place for them as family members who sat witnessing the marriage had also made promises before God and their family and friends through the years before Zoe and Jason.
The brisk autumn air saw a great confetti throw, and the guests ready to head to Thornbury Golf centre for a day of celebration.
There are lots of great spots to photograph weddings at Thornbury Golf Center and with a small walk down the lane, we made good use of the time we had.
