I wear my heart on my sleeve. I love to make people happy when I photograph their wedding, and the thought of people being pleased is what drives me on a day to day basis.

So when I woke up this morning to receive this post wedding email, I couldn’t help but think to myself “yup! I definitely LOVE my job”.

Dear Alicia,

Alicia the photos left me speechless. I was weeping as I looked through them all and then again as ben and I looked though them he too shed a tear. I can’t tell you how meaningful they are to us and how wonderfully you documented our cherished day. Also are you some kind of invisible woman? I literally didn’t see you taking most of those photos!!?!!!

Again Alicia thank you. Words can’t say what you offered us. It is no wonder you do the job you do. Both due to your skill and the obvious delight you take from your work.

With much gratitude,

Mr and Mrs B 🙂 xxxx

I will go out of my way to make my wedding clients day as perfect as I can. The lead up to their wedding is so important to me, because on the wedding day, I don’t want them to be stressed about what pictures I need to take, or who should be where etc… that’s my job.

Your wedding day needs to be all about enjoying your day and not about still planning and organising people. I would love to hear from you and meet up for a coffee (did I mention I love coffee — and cake!) and we can talk in more detail about your wedding day. The more I know, the more your day goes smoothly.

A big thank you to Mr and Mrs B for the email that made (and is still making) my heart soar. You are the reason why I do what I do.
